For example, we might use information about users in order to book up holiday accommodation or arrange transport to and from an airport.

• Fulfil our contractual obligations

E-newsletter

We use a third-party provider, dot mailer, to deliver our e-newsletters to our members. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will not be shared with any other organizations.

Unless required to fulfill our contractual obligations (egg: booking holiday accommodation, transfer of timeshare ownership) we will not disclose any of the information you provide to

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your Right to be Forgotten

The GDPR introduced a right for you to have your personal data erased. The is also known as ‘The right to erasure’. You can make a request for erasure verbally or in writing and we have one month to respond to your request.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding the collection, use, and distribution of the information?

Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails
as instructed.

Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?

E Vacation Concierge Services has entered and will continue to enter partnerships and other affiliations
with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for
service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with the law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable
Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.
